PROVIDED SERVICES

• Linens for all beds reserved (weekly)
• Trio of bath towels for each guest (weekly)
• Kitchen linens
• Traditional or microwave oven (upon request where not present)
• Coffee maker and small appliances (upon request where not present)
• Dishes for 6 - 12 people
• Satellite TV with private decoder
• Anti-intrusion alarm system

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE

• Additional linen changes
• Heat (gas consumption)
• Air conditioning
• Extra and final cleaning
• Breakfast (Continental breakfast upon request)
• (not included in half-pension)

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

• 30% of the agreed price sent via money/postal order or bank transfer. The remaining 70% of the price paid at the time of key consignment.
• Credit cards accepted

NUMBER OF PERSONS

• Only the number of persons declared on the reservation will be accepted
• Pets welcome

CANCELLATION TERMS

• The request to cancel the reservation must be sent via FAX and must include the information of the Sender, and the reservation reference. The cancellation fee is 30%.

DEPOSIT

• There is a deposit of €100 - €200 (depending on the type of apartment) that must be paid upon check-in, and will be refunded at check-out, minus damages or services rendered which are not included in the price.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check-in must occur before 07:00 PM save any agreements made otherwise, and check-out before 10:00 AM of the final day of the reservation.

FINAL CLEANING

• Upon check-out, the room or apartment used must be restored to the same level of cleanliness and order as that upon check-in, otherwise a fee will be subtracted from the deposit for the final cleaning.

RESPONSIBILITY

• The tourist structure is not responsible for any damage or accidents involving people or belongings during your stay..
